ELIGIBILITY:
BrowseToWin.com is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and each of its related companies, agents and contractors assisting in administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the BrowseToWin.com sweepstakes period visit http://www.browsetowin.com/ to register. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not enhance your chance of winning.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any use of automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including but not limited to sweepstakes or sweepstakes entry services) are not permitted. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual person will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. All entries become the property of Sponsors, will not be returned but will be acknowledged with a confirmation email, which must be saved and submitted by the potential winners upon notification of selection. All entrants must complete all information requested in connection with their entry. Sponsors is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the respective domain.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:
Potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held on everyday around midnight. Sponsors, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final, will conduct the drawing. The potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. In order to claim his/her prize, the potential winners must, except where prohibited, return to Sponsors, within fourteen (14) days of being notified, a copy of the confirmation email received after entry in the winning Sweepstakes. Potential winners may also be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or fail to respond with required items within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification, at Sponsors' discretion an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
For each day entries received, one $100 Visa Gift Card might be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize or prize component permitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner is solely responsible for local, state and federal taxes related to the receipt of any prize. BrowseToWin.com is not required to issue prizes on daily basis.
PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute the winner's consent to Sponsors' use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, prize information and hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of California, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. Federal and State Courts of California. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction on San Francisco County, California.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion. Sponsors reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsorss failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
